System Architecture
A key benefit of the webtreepro technology model is the highly secure Microsoft Windows 2003 operating environment in which the webtreepro technology engine resides. Primero Systems' Web Hosting Service provides a fully redundant hardware architecture which ensures the highest availability possible. This also eliminates the need to invest in costly specialized equipment and software. Additionally, your content data is not accessible directly from the Internet, and is completely secure. Backups are performed daily and stored offsite.
User Requirements
There are no unique or special user requirements other than Internet access and Microsoft Internet Explorer, Version 6.0 or higher to manage your site ecosystem--visitors to your webtreepro powered sites can use any current browser such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome, et. al.). Content at the corporate or enterprise level, as well as at the member level, is easily managed with inline “click-to-edit” capability, versus form view editing. No programming knowledge is required.
Back Office Integration
Because every business is unique, integrating webtreepro technology into your existing business model is format and transport independent, deployed to your specifications. This could be a pipeline to an existing EDI system, or native Web formats such as XML and HTTP. Software Architechture
Webtreepro technology is built on the Microsoft N-tier Distributed Network Architecture (DNA), which separates the database, data access, business logic, and presentation layers to provide scalability and performance for high volume database applications. The webtreepro technology application was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio.net.
Components:
- The graphical front-end is a combination of ASP.net & HyperText Markup Language (HTML).
- The business services layer of ASP.net DLLs written in C# language.
- The data services layer is SQL stored procedures.
- The back end database employs a normalized relational database.
- Webtreepro technology runs on Microsoft’s Windows 2003, MS SQL Server 2005, and Internet Information Server 6.0 or higher.
