The advance of information technology makes the migration of legacy material handling control systems economical and feasible without unacceptable interruption. We design, build and deploy effective database and control systems which mange the flow of materials in the factory.
Each customer builds its factory with unique process technology to maximize cost advantage and differentiable quality. There are no two similar systems. We have developed a reference design - ProMove, a software base library from which rapid customization for customer specific warehousing solutions can be implemented, using the advanced .Net framework.
Our approach is to provide a new system that is in full compliance with the customer request of proposal. ProMove Solution is the base class library which provides the tools from which we will build customer specific systems. Because the uniqueness of each system, there is no software package that can fully encompass the complex functionality in each warehouse. Our solution is to take components of standard software sub-systems such as screen management, database interfaces, message logging, and inter-program communication which provides the foundation for custom developed system. We will then build each system according to the approved Functional Specification.
We were contracted to provide services to develop and implement a web based Process Order Document System (PODS) whereby process orders can be systematically authored, maintained and distributed. With emphasis placed on simplicity and versatility, the system was designed to support standard internet browsers, Windows 2000, Windows NT V4.0 or later and Sun Solaris V2.8 or later.
The ProMove WMS System was developed to manage an Automated Storage and Retrieval System consisting of eight robotic vehicles, managing over 100,000 storage locations. This mission-critical system is the backbone that supports $750 million dollars in annual operation of material distribution for a major Aerospace corporation. This secure, global access supports critical functionality such as RF operations, emergency Aircraft on Ground (AOG) resolutions, and remote store-front distribution of just-in-time aircraft engine parts. The system is developed in the latest Microsoft .Net technology.
